2012 CRUISE INTO FALL
CAR SHOW

GENERAL INFORMATION
ENTRY FORM IS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE. To make registration quicker and easier for you, you may complete the entry form ahead of time and hand it in at the registration table on West Main St. and get your packet. It will speed up registration. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
PARKING FOR EXHIBITORS is at the discretion of the parking committee. After you leave the registration area you will be directed by one of the parking crew to an available space. Cars are to be parked perpendicular to the sidewalk around the square
VOTING: Each exhibitor may vote for their favorite cars in 7 divisions. Your ballot is in your packet. Deadline for voting by exhibitors is 1:00 pm. Take your completed ballots to the information gazebo.
SWAP MEET: IF you have a table to set up, space is around the court house off the interior sidewalk. No cost this year. Bring your own tables and chairs. If you have just a few small items they can be displayed with the car. Please be a good neighbor and don’t infringe on someone else’s space.
FOOD is available around the Square by local vendors and also at Subway, George J’s, the new Fine Arts Bistro and A Little Taste of Texas (opens at 4:30 for dinner only).
DOOR PRIZES will be given away every few minutes. At registration you will be given a ticket for door prizes. If you miss hearing your number called, the winning ticket numbers will be posted at the announcer’s table in front of the Court House.
MERCHANDISE FOR SALE: Commemorative t-shirts and dash plates for the 2010 car show are for sale at the merchandise booth in front of the court house. Vintage merchandise from previous shows may also be available.. .
AWARDS: Awards for each division will be presented at approximately 2:30 pm. in front of the court house. if you won an award please stay a few minutes for a picture. Other awards will be presented thruout the afternoon
CRUISE-IN: At 3:00 pm we invite you to line up for a cruise-in down north race street to Happy Valley Road to the 31-E bypass.
